Greyhound Lines Inc. is no longer allowing U.S. authorities to drop off immigrant families inside bus stations, forcing those who have been released from custody to wait outside until they have a ticket.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to The Associated Press on Friday that it had been asked to drop off migrants outside facilities instead of busing them in.
ICE for years has dropped off migrants at Greyhound stations, largely in Phoenix, after releasing them pending court hearings to decide whether they can stay in the country. From the stations, they travel to their intended destination in the United States. […]

If they don’t have any money, why in the hell are they let into this country? I remember back in the mid ‘80’s when wealthy Chinese were leaving Hong Kong and emigrating to Vancouver. That jurisdiction would not grant residency unless each head of household brought $500,000 in liquid assets into Canada. Usually it was in bullion or coins. Nobody uttered a protesting peep that I heard back then.
I’m still hoping that President Trump holds a press conference outside Pelosi’s walled estate and gives a “Speaker Pelosi! Tear down this wall” speech.
He could make Pelosi a legitimate offer.
(1) She tears down the wall and leaves the side doors to the mansion open.
(2) He provides the electronic gear that the liberals want at the border to summon the police AFTER someone enters the estate. (The police are not allowed to arrive until at least 30 minutes have transpired.)
(3) The police are to detain the intruders.
(4) If the intruders ask for asylum, then they are to be provided a court date and released within the confines of the estate until that date.
Yeah, round trip airline ticket, cash for 90 days, hotel reservations and of course a passport. Pretty much a standard for all countries.
Drop these folks on the door steps of the mayor and city council members.

Seriously. Drop them off en masse in Malibu, Mill Valley, New Canaan, Mercer Island, Fisher Island, the Hamptons, Rumson, Wellesley, Marthas Vineyard, Kennebunkport, Winnetka, La Jolla, Boulder, and Madison and watch liberals suddenly become strict border security supporters.
Seems to me that if Trump is using emergency powers to start a years-long project to build fencing / “walls”, then why can’t he use emergency powers to expeditiously deport these people?
The word is out. Show up at the border and you get in.
