Mayor Bill de Blasio has taken the concept of a Nanny State to a whole new level instructing New Yorkers about what they can and cannot flush down their toilets.
New York City: There are only FOUR things that should go in your toilet, the mayors office tweeted from its official account Tuesday.

The community I live in has a lift station and they have found it clogged with adult diapers.
Dont flush those tax dollars down the toilet
Send them to DeBlasios wife for disposal
New Yorkers must be the most miserable collection of cuckolds on the planet.
dumb-blastio produces a lot of what should go down the toilet, But I’d trust my plumber first.
DNA & fingerprints
They will probably come up with a new law where cameras or some sensor device will have to be installed in each toilet seat.
Watch everything but the kitchen sink be flushed down toilets after that asinine tweet.
What LIB idiocy.
How can an adult diaper be flushed?
I don’t see how it can even be flushed to go down the hole.
The stuff from washing dishes also goes in the sewer. Restaurants have grease traps but I don’t think houses or apartments do.
Me too. Although the occasional dead goldfish shouldn’t be a problem.
Tough shit is permitted.
Fatbergs. Cue the picture of Michael Moore ...
Would you want THAT lurking under your toilet seat???
Correct. He forgot kitchen sink waste goes down the same drain. LOTS of fatburgs.
Ok Bill, got it. No other bodily fluids, no cleaning supplies. No dumping the spot-bot carpet cleaner in there... Don’t worry Bill, I won’t flush that stuff, I’ll pour it down the sink drain instead. ;-/
My brother once bought a house, and six months after he bought it he had to pay to have the main sewer line dug-up and replaced from his house out to the street.
It turns out that the prior residents of the house (Middle Eastern immigrants) had been flushing their baby’s disposable diapers.
Multiply that by millions and perhaps the Mayor has a point.
Then pretty much any legislation passed by the NYC city council and any speech that DeBlasio gives can be flushed down a toilet.
How did de Blasio’s son get into Yale?
Fats, oils and grease should NOT be poured down any drain. What may not cause a problem in our single family suburban or rural homes can clog up the works when the residential density is thousands per acre.
He and his “partner/spouse” are experts at how to flush things down the toilet.
And you thought Trump put out offensive tweets!
