The only thing that should keep you roaring in laughter as Nancy Pelosi freaks out trying to keep a lid on the freak show that is the Democratic caucus is the knowledge that the freshmen freakettes giving her fits would impose an ideology of tyranny and murder if given the chance. But you can still allow yourself a good giggle as you watch Nancy’s dreams of a Democrat majority die on the altar of anti-Semitism, taking away your health insurance, and banning cheeseburgers.
This was on display as the Democrats struggled to find a way to publicly pretend to condemn their superstar bigot’s hatred of Jews without annoying all the Democrats for whom hatred of Jews is a key component of their intersectional web of leftist prejudices. Nancy essentially tried to excuse it by explaining that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Berlin) is too stupid to know she’s anti-Semitic which, to be fair, is plausible.
She could only get her caucus to agree to condemning all prejudice, sort of, including the tsunami of prejudice against Pacific Islanders that we all see around us so much in our daily lives. Take that, people who hate Pacific Islanders.

So true. Other South American Latino’s do NOT like Mexicans. You even see it on TV. The Netflix show Narcos in season three was all about the formation of the Mexican cartels. In one scene the main character Felix flies to Bogota, Columbia to meet with the cartel bosses. He ends up at the ranch of Pablo Escobar. Pablo tells him that he is going to feed him to his Hippo if he does not do what he says. Pablo tells Felix he hates Mexicans. At the end of the negotiation Felix asks Pablo if he was really going to feed him to his hippo. Pablo states that my hippo probably would not have eaten him because he hates Mexicans too.
I thought the fact the Netflix put this scene into the show tells how most other Latin Americans fells about Mexicans. I think to some extent it is the same way Arabs feel about Palestinians.

These questions are GOLD. They should be the basis of the campaign for every Repub candidate. They should be part of every commercial and debate. Unfortunately I doubt we will hear them on anything but right wing radio. Repubs have NO IDEA how to campaign. To remind voters of the outrageous acts, deeds and words of the RAT party recently or in the past.
Ever hear a Repub remind RAT supporters that the DemocRAT party was the party of SLAVERY? That the VAST majority of the Confederacy was made up of DemocRATs? That ALL of the statues they despise are of DemocRATS? That the KKK was an arm of the DemocRAT party? That former members of the KKK were part of the RAT congress as late as the 1990s? Nah, that would be impolite. Better the country be taken over by Marxists or Mexicans than be impolite.

I think part of the problem is that in the US, probably starting with the baby boomers, working with your hands became something looked down upon. This is reversing now, somewhat, but for years this has been true. With this downgrading of appreciation for honest physical work came a loss of pride in the work. Anyone who has had to hire a contractor to coordinate work on their home knows the downside of this. It’s hard to consistently find people who take pride in their work.
In Mexican culture there is no shame in doing manual labor, and they do have pride in doing the work.
When I was in college I worked a fair number of different jobs, including moving furniture (household and commercial moves). I can tell you unequivocally that the way I was looked at when I had on work clothes and was doing manual labor moving furniture was as though I was a loser - particularly if I we were moving a company to a new location and the white collar people were watching us. I remember one move of an R&D component of a chemical-based company. I was a science major and asked some questions of one of the people we were moving, and he shut me down as though I was incapable of understanding what he knew.
All honest work should be appreciated.

Doubt it. As a former Leftist I know how these people think. It’s all lock step. Any dissent from the party line isn’t tolerated. However, as Engels noted with his ‘’pendulum shift’’ there is a time when a new breed , a new ‘’cadre’’ takes power in a leftist system and historically it always tend to be more strident, more vicious and willing to be intolerant and violent.
I was referring to the typical Liberal granny or bus driver. They don’t realize that they, as Liberals, are treated as Useful Idiots by their master Leftists. But your point is right on.

Lol, reading your post, I would say your a Union guy and from northern US.
In Texas, it’s way over 100 degrees in the summer. I will bet you 100 you can’t drive around on a 109 degree day in Central Texas and find one white guy (I’m white by the way) swinging a large sledge hammer. If you see it, take a picture of it. You will see hundreds of Mexican workers out on sites regardless of heat and sun setting forms and pouring concrete. Without em, we’re dead in the water.
Also, yes, there are what you call “border jumpers”...…….lol, we call em wets or wet backs. I include it in my contracts with subs that that they swear their workers are all legal and that they have verified that they are. All my friends do the same.
Now, “skilled” workers like electricians and plumbers and steel and HVAC guys are mostly white down here but not all of them. And, you will find them working hard on hot and cold days as well.
But, the HARD, NASTY dirty construction work out in the sun is over 90% Mexican and most of us respect their work ethic as they ain’t afraid of work no matter how hard or how hot.
I think government handouts are a major part of our problem. In my city we are spending millions renovating a huge abandoned factory into more government housing. This giveaway program promotes laziness and squashes any work ethic that may have existed. Why we aren’t spending the millions to create jobs for these same folks is beyond me. They should be repairing roads, cleaning depressed areas, building parks, and bettering the community rather than allowing them to sit on their behinds waiting on their EBT cards and checks that arrive on third of every month.
AOC and Omar aren’t going to listen. The Democrat Party is Frankenstein’s laboratory and they created these two monsters and now they don’t know how to control them. Nancy is literally on her last legs. She’s got health issues that are becoming obvious. I really wonder if she’ll even be on two feet and breathing at this time next year. If she is, it’ll be in a nursing home.
