I just have a problem with the super-advanced schedule and expectation all are taken.
And Hepatitis B, at five hours old, is freakin insane. It shows how crazy the CDC and everyone else is, for a disease you have to get from unprotected sex with an infected person, or from an infected needle.
Babies are in the near-zero risk group for such a vaccine. Are you going to have sex with a one-day old and have Hep B on top of that? Less than 20,000 ever get Hep B a year.
Same here - measels, chicken pox, polio - all preventable by vaccines. But the sheer number of diseases being immunized against and all at one time in an infant body CANNOT be good for the baby.
BRAVO! Doesn’t make sense to the lay person but for some screwy reason, the AMA thinks it does and all pediatricians follow the Bible of the AMA! Add the CDC to that..

I met (with hub) with my pediatrician a couple of weeks out. I told him no hep B at five hours old because that would be unnecessary
I said no OHIO unit (the warmer they keep the kids in for four hours wondering where the heck mom is, while they needle jam caustic fluids into their little muscles under FBI interrogation-like lights). The baby stays with me
He would budge. Said many babies die because they freeze to death at the hands of their mothers
I had to give in. That argument was so groundless so insane I figured hes got some motive like having to justify expensive equipment no way am I going to win that fight.
There was more.
I did my research.
Hub and he, both mil officers chatted
After, hub said, Im impressed at how caring he is
I said yeah, dont get me started. Were going to be here in case of an emergency. The rest he can stay out of our business
After the birth I sent hub with the baby dont let that kid out of your sight.
In the nursery He had to fight to prevent a couple of things including the hep b which hurts like a B.
It was administered months later
Hep is a herd vaccine, it was started as a preventative being given to ghetto kids who might not see health care in their entire lives.
of course it has morphed into a got to have for all kids, for one cannot be biased.
Same for Chickenpox. Originally given for daycare kids, now considered a got to.
You’re so right. I was shocked to see a nurse come in and give my newborn nephew a Hep B shot. I was more shocked to see that his parents didn’t let out a peep. Poor baby!
I don’t know why people don’t protest this. I feel exactly the way you do about the vaccine schedule.
I remember when the nurse told us that rumors the preservative Thimerasol was the cause of the rise in diagnosis of autism. And that the shots were safe. I had a gut feeling that I ignored.... and the doctor whose office I was in , such a conscientious man,if I couldn’t trust him with my son’s health, who could I trust? I did not know the doctor who went to Africa and other areas to vaccinate the poor, brought back large amounts of the cheaper Thimerasol preserved MMR vaccines and used them in his local clinic. My son had a fever for three days and when it finally released him, he was changed. His 5 year shot being the only possible explanation. The Doctor retired, and 16 years later my son is a musically talented young man with not much in common with other people his age. I had great health insurance working in a DOD contract aircraft maintenance, so I could have gone somewhere else but that nurse was so convincing. God’s abilities are not changed and we pray for a miracle as he is a good looking kid and my only son.

Newborns are not low risk. It can be contracted through childbirth and breastfeeding. Contracting HepB in early childhood puts them in the highest risk category for chronic HepB and liver cancer as adults.
Drug use is epidemic and drug users lie about everything. A needle using mother would be far more worried about keeping her habit secret and safe than she would about her child’s health.
And playgrounds and beaches are full of discarded needles anymore.
