I favor banning panhandlers from busy intersections. They are largely a nuisance and are just trying to feed their drug and alcohol addictions. If you do give them anything, it should be non-monetary like coupons or food. You’ll be amazed how rude and ungrateful they become if you offer them something besides money.

Nonetheless, I’m curious what these two planned to gain by murdering the woman and fleeing to Mexico.
