We have had a few “worst years” but is this the “worst of the worst?”
Maybe it is me being too doggone old and crotchety. But nasal singing and off-pitch seems to be the trend for the last 5 years.
We all suspected the producers selected everyone using their own selection criteria. Ability to sing on the bottom of the list.
Maybe this year cements that hypothesis>
Amanda Obermeyer is a MAGA??? I would never have guessed. Wasn’t she the rocker with the ratty hair or dreads or something? Cool.
Can the last 20 minute just Kool & The Gang and no one else? Is that too much to ask?

I think I missed too many shows, and couldn’t match up the shows with the thread, and got frustrated. I will try and watch the finale tonight and keep up with you all! I’m sorry I blew it! The show starts in 20 minutes.
OH YEAH WE GOT TWO PRECIOUS RESCUE KITTENS TODAY!! Only 6 weeks old! We were so lucky to get them that young! They are adorable. Two black and white girls. Our black and white 14 year old cat is not thrilled. But this has happened to her 4 times before in our family and she outlived all usurpers to her throne.
The singers are OK, the judges suck and ruined the show for me.
