A rappers lunch at a Cracker Barrel in sleepy Fairburn on Thursday ended with a broken SUV window and nearly half-a-million-dollars worth of belongings stolen, police say.
Fairburn polices Deputy Chief Anthony Bazydlo confirmed to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that Young Dolph, a 33-year-old Memphis rapper, had two chains valued at $84,000 and a $230,000 watch along with a gun stolen out of a vehicle.

He took it off and left it in the car. He didn’t want to look out of place?
Maybe he was on his way to the nearest Pawn Shop.
The only thing worse than spending over $300K on decoration jewelry is leaving it in your van where it could be easily found. Were the articles kept in the most obvious place, such as the Glove Compartment?
I certainly suspect inside job or hoax, and the suspicion index would double if the high ticket items were insured. If they were, they would have to be declared and listed with the insurer. I would expect quite an investigation before they would cough up.
They stole his chains?
So, he’s free?
It was more like over $400K in jewelry and other items. The list from the article:
What police said was taken and the estimated values include:
A $700 Louis Vuitton wallet with $2,000 of all $100 bills along with credit cards and his Social Security card
A $300 Pirelli back pack with a $3,000 MacBook
Cartier sunglasses worth $2,400
A diamond chain worth $27,000
Another chain worth $57,000
A Richard Mille watch valued at $230,000
A Patek Philippe watch worth $85,000
You're not kidding:
That’s what you get for high rollin’ at a Cracker Barrel in the hood.
Like the Ray Charles song, “Take These Chains from My Car”...and set me free.
Never trust a cracker...
Yeppers
At every Cracker Barrel I’ve been to, there is a sign warning you not to leave valuables in your car.
Evidently, we had a failure to communicate successfully. :D
I don’t believe him...
Cracker Barrel? Suspects were seen fleeing yelling this is MAGA country!!
Sounds like he was already robbed.
You . . . WHAT??? But the guy is a VICTIM!!! (And like so many victims, he keeps his $230K watch in his car.)
I believe it. He makes loads of money, and drips hard. Plus, I dont think theres an IQ test to be a rapper...
I saw his 2018 movie “Black Water”, and he looked pretty trim. But I suppose they can do miracles with the camera.
