Hello Freepers

Can you please do me a favor and say a prayer for me?

For the last ten years or so, I was blessed with a stable job albeit not very well paid. Almost two years ago, I had much better opportunity with a startup which increased my pay substantially.

I somewhat got a late start in life. With this new job, I was able to consider starting a family. I have someone who wants to have a baby with me but this may have to be put on hold.

You know, startups may pay more but it can be quite unstable. I am not sure how long this gig will last. I am starting to job hunt but I am not finding anything that matches the salary of my current job.

If I don't find any job with similar pay, no wifey, no baby :(

Please say a prayer for me! Thanks!

Unless it is THAT dramatic a decrease, a lower paying job shouldn’t prevent you from marriage and starting a family.

I waited for the PERFECT TIME to have a child, then got a brutal head injury and never had any.

I recovered enough to continue living after over Five years of recovery.

Don’t wait too long and put your faith in God.

There is life, with places that need you, outside of where you now live.

Babies are great. You don’t have to have middle class credentials to have a baby. You just have to have dedication to your family. I couldn’t afford my first one but I wound up with six in all. Babies are great. Be decisive, Thank God when a baby arrives, and be a dynamic hardworking parent.

There are lots of people in the world but there is always a shortage of really good people.
