In answer to all the liberal morons loose on the planet, there is NO “complex debate” here.
There are XX and there are XY. I don’t have the exact figures but this is true for 99.9999999999999% of the population living or dead on this Earth. Maybe there’s a freak of nature here or there, in the human race.

Many, probably most, women are liberals.
But some us have been conservative since they were 18 and cast their vote for Ronald Reagan, just one month after I turned 18. I asked my dad for whom I should vote and he said, “Ronald Reagan.”
I relied on his counsel for the rest of his natural life; he passed two years ago. There is not a day goes by that I wish I could not ask for his advice, now that I am considering a divorce after well over 20 years of marriage. The only good thing was our children, a 23 year-old son, and our daughter, an 18 year-old who is going places.
Whenever I think about Dad, it reminds me of that poster in It’s a Wonderful Life; something like “Ask Dad. He’ll know what to do.”
It is beyond bizarre to be an “adult orphan.” But that is how it should be. The opposite is too painful to even think about.
