(Feb. 24, 2019) — Directly after Democrats won the majority in the U.S. House of Representatives in November, then-minority leader and Speaker-“Designate” Nancy Pelosi began invoking the U.S. Constitution and her pledge that she would promote a vision of “E Pluribus Unum,” “checks and balances” and “accountability,” among other attributes, in the 116th Congress.
She praised America’s Founding Fathers for their “vision” and quest for “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Further, she maintained that “We as Democrats are here to strengthen the institution in which we serve and not to have it be a rubber-stamp for President Trump.”
She promised that the new House of Representatives would “open the Congress with a rule that will insist on openness and transparency…”
More recently, Pelosi again referred to the Constitution’s tripartite “system of checks and balances” in condemning President Trump’s February 15 declaration of a “national emergency” at the U.S.-Mexico border stemming from illegal crossings, human trafficking and drug smuggling. ... continue reading article at the link ...

You meant the demise of Madelyn Payne Dunham. She died in Hawaii, approximately 48 hours before the election (in CONUS states). Perhaps less than 48 hours. I’d have to look at it again.
Stanley was his mother’s name and I believe you are still correct that she died long before the election.
It was grandma who died right before the election.

Pelosi’s adherence to the US Constitution is to a Constitution that is “malleable” and subject to individual/group interpretation as a “living” “changing” document— one that can be interpreted NOT in relationship to US Laws in the US Code... but may be subjectively interpreted by FOREIGN laws which have not EVER been enforced in the US!
She is a LIAR, and a breaker of her Constitutional Oath. But it is an excellent question to repeatedly be put to her even as she is clearly losing her marbles.
Actually, yes we do. It's called the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three. Congress did not enforce it.

You didn't read what I typed. I said we don't have a qualification test for Presidential candidates. I was not referring to a President elect. We need a process to block a foreign born or not natural born citizen from even being accepted on a Presidential ballot. I would including being a member of a group, party, institution or faith bent on our destruction.
Even regarding the President elect, the Twentieth Amendment Section 3 states, "if the President elect shall have failed to qualify..." but there is no mechanism, no process, to bring the challenge before Congress and validate qualifications.
Article Two, Section Two is perfectly clear about this as it starts out with two very important words,"No person"... The Twentieth Amendment, Section Three commands that Congress appoint an interim President should the President Elect fail to qualify. If they do not enforce their duty, it does not mean that the President Elect ever qualified, it just means that they did not enforce their duty. The "No person" beginnings of the eligibility requirements absolutely forbids anyone who has not met the eligibility requirements from ever becoming a legal President. Just because Congress did not do it's Constitutional duty does not make the person they refused to check out eligible to be President. The President either is or is not eligible based upon his age and status as a natural born citizen. Only a legitimate birth certificate could offer proof of this status and it is obvious that Obama does not possess one so he never "qualified" as required by the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three.
The language of the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three places the burden of proving eligibility squarely on the President Elect..or, if the President Elect shall have failed to qualify".
A President Elect can only fail or succeed at something the President Elect does, not what others try to make him do. A President Elect must provide proof that he meets the eligibility requirements to Congress or Congress will appoint an interim President who does meet the requirements. Obviously, Congress in this case was never given proof and simply ignored it's Constitutional duty to protect the nation from a usurper.
I agree with you about cutting this off at the state level BEFORE the election and don't see anything unconstitutional about a state level requirement that Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates be forced to provide proof of eligibility to hold those offices or they will not be allowed to run. Such a requirement, in my opinion helps to enforce and defend the Constitutional requirement itself.

Maybe I’m confused, but I thought it was his pretend mom, Stanley Ann, that suddenly was made to disappear. If Madelyn also was removed, then that makes two. Lot’s of dead bodies around Obozo and Hitlery. It’s how they cover their tracks. They cannot succeed by any other means. Dead bodies and lies, phony all the way to their core.

The director of FEMA Emergency Management (the head drill dude) was none other than the son of the Newtown fire chief at the end of the Sandy Hook Elem. road and the Sandy Hook Elem. school secretary who “hid” out 4.5 hours in the closet of the same school office the LEOs turned into their site HQ. Coincidence?
Another coincidence was goofy neighbor who housed 6 of the students and who was caught royally messing up his lines in front of a camera, thespian Gene Rosen, claimed to have worked at the Fairfield Hospital.
Mama Stanley Ann, died November 7, 1995 from ovarian cancer. Her ashes were scattered in the ocean by Barry.
“Typical white person” (obamy’s racial hate quote of her) Grandma Madelyn Dunham, died sometime in the fall of 2008 of cancer. Supposedly, Nov. 2 but there were rumors back then that that wasn’t the correct date. My bet is within the half hour obamy was in her apartment on Oct. 24 a few days prior. It was mighty convenient her mail in vote was received on Oct. 27 since she was supposed to have been unresponsive at the time. Madelyn wasn’t buried beside her husband, Stanley. Barry scattered her ashes in the ocean.
I hope Denish D’Sousa is listening. He already has produced movies on Obozo. What he needs to do is produce a sequel that lays out how the toxic corruptive DS whetted its appetite with the installation of Obozo and, then, getting away with it, thought they could perpetuate control over the presidency by pushing Hitlery into office. The continuum is evident and the lesson is that no one, from the getgo, ever stood up to stop the Obozo treason and it grew like a cancer on the Republic.
