Texas got the furthest with 50+ Republican state representatives co-signing the bill that required all candidates appearing on the Texas General Election 2012 ballot to produce a USA certified birth certificate.
The bill did not proceed.
Of note: Ted Cruz (R) Texas Senator would have been unable to run for POTUS.

Does a death certificate show the decedent’s date of birth and where the deceased was born? There has to be a compelling reason to hide Bounel’s death certificate.
I’ve forgotten what information is shown on a death certificate, and perhaps each state requires different statistics.

Recently obtained results of the 1940 census, Exhibit 2, provided the last missing link, link (sic) between Harry J. Bounel and the date of birth of 1890. Exhibit 2 shows the printout of the U.S. census, showing Harry J Bounel, immigrant from Russia, residing at 915 Daly Ave, Bronx, NY, age 50 during the 1940 census, meaning he was born in 1890, as shown in the affidavit of Investigators Daniels and Sankey.

Death certificate information is usually supplied by the family. Or the hospital which, of course, gets their information from the family. Or the local sheriff’s dept. which, again, gets their information from the family or arrest records. Bottom line, the family can tell whatever made up story they wish because no one will ever investigate for the truth.
In Texas, SSN were sometimes noted on older death certificates but don’t know if that practice started early enough to catch a death that old or if other states had that box on their death certificate forms.
It’s never too late to tell the truth and, in this case, the truth truly will set US free from the Beast we are to become.
