I think she is confusing with Co-Equal branches of government (true) with co-equal position of power. She only controls half of the legislative branch and none of her brain.

I wouldn’t count on that. Most of the morons think the president can bind the country to a treaty on his say so alone. Even after Versailles. Even after the Kyoto Protocols, the idiots still thought we’d be bound by the Paris Agreement and the Iran Deal.
Hint: if it’s not called a treaty because the Senate did not ratify it, the US is not bound by it. You might do well to learn that Yurps. The president is not a king. He doesn’t get to just rule by fiat.
