Bruno Ganz, the talented Swiss actor who portrayed Hitler in “Downfall” and countless video parodies, has died at the age of 77. I had retired from doing “Hitler Learns About. . .” parodies, but by popular demand, here’s one final one from Power Line Productions—the parody to end them all I hope:

You should watch it, it’s a very well-done movie.

If he could only have gotten royalties from those parodies.
If I recall correctly, the filmmakers tried to get these parody videos stopped by going to court of copyright violation issues, but they lost the case. Actor Bruno Ganz himself was not happy with all these hitler parodies.

I laughed until tears came to my eyes. The part about the woman driver slayed me.
I am saddened. Bruno Ganz was a terrific actor. I have enjoyed many of his films.
Ganz was also very good in Wings of Desire.
