“Empire” actor Jussie Smollett issued a statement Saturday denying that he orchestrated his Jan. 29 assault, and saying he is “angered” and “devastated” by recent developments in the case.
Chicago police want to interview Smollett, after learning new evidence from two Nigerian brothers who were released on Friday night. Local media outlets have reported that the brothers admitted to police that Smollett paid them to carry out the attack.

They left that story still saying he was some Hero with more dignity than American Taxpayers and their children.
Don’t be so sure they don’t move on or try to make someone they view as, like Jussie, the Hero.
In the past, they just cover other stories and refuse to cover the story that highlights something they deny. MS-13 don’t exist, they said.

The irony is that if Jussy had been a straight white male jumped by some blacks, the police would have just filed it and moved on. But because he is a gay black celebrity blaming Trump supporters, the cops had to go all-in investigating it, and it blew up in his face.

Saw on CBSChicago report that they were paid $3500 up front and $500 afterwards, and the “attack” was to happen “before the 29th”
