(Feb. 13, 2019) — Last week, while referencing the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, formerly the Oversight & Government Reform Committee, The Post & Email noted that Chairman Elijah Cummings has invited the public to submit tips on “waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayer dollars.”

The birth certificate, which I downloaded, was a PDF with Photoshop layers. The background was separate from the number/text overlays.

It was completely fake. Now it may have merely been meant to tweak us, but it was fake.

0bama submitted two frauds to the American public. First it was a phony Certificate of Live Birth and then the Birth Certificate. Also phony as a three dollar bill.
