I was there several years ago. The Friday morning when I was at a child care meeting for my work...It was pronounced by the media that New Orleans made news as being the bloodiest Thursday in the US. After I returned home New Orleans fired most of their entire police force for corruption.

POTUS PRESS....Thread: H.J.Res.31 - Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 After reviewing the law that just passed which has been subject to wide criticism and debate, let's review Specifically the Border Security provisions and what they mean.
1st, Section 230 appropriates funds for CBP which includes the widely reported $1.375 billion for the "wall" or as written "Pedestrian fencing, including levee pedestrian fencing. in the Rio Grande Valley Sector;" designated area all within Starr County.
When first reading "pedestrian fencing" conjures up images of 3 ft tall decoration fences. Upon further research, we learn that this includes ANY structure that was used end 2016. Enhancements or new design wall aren't forbidden, but funds would need to come from other sources.
Sec 231 lists the areas where funds can't be used, including understandably, Wildlife Refuges, State and Historical parks, none of which are on border boundaries so aren't critical to stop illegal crossings.
What deserves scrutiny are the areas within the designated area where construction is explicitly forbidden unless there is "mutual agreement" with those cities or places as to design and placement of physical barriers, these are places circled in yellow on the map.
Technically speaking, these restrictions seemingly apply only to funds appropriated by this Act and not other funds from Executive actions, which is why Democrats are planning to fight the WH over the National Emergency declaration. Why are these areas so important to Democrats?

It sounds as if her prayers are about to be answered.

No restrictions on flooding those areas with manpower made available by new fence/wall in other areas.
