What I liked was that the police subpoenaed his phone records before asking him for his phone; they then compared the actual bill to his phone content and investigated all of the information that he deleted. I have no idea how many police hours were dedicated to this case, but if it was a hoax, he should reimburse the Chicago police department for all the resources used. The police are really dotting their i’s and crossing their t’s before they release information. He’s being painted into a corner.
