Congress has every constitutional authority to knock the entire lower federal court system to the curb . . . where it belongs.
Every time a FISA warrant is mentioned, it should include the reminder that a FISA warrant allows spying on the person named in the warrant (here Carter Page), every person he communicated with past, present and future AND every person that first circle of people communicated with. The numbers must be at least between 10 and 50 for each person, thus between 100 and 2500 persons.
Most people have no idea about this "two hop" surveillance allowed by a FISA warrant.
It just gets more unbelievable what has been going on the last 3 or so years, against candidate + President
Trump.
And this careless agenda-driven idiot is the HEAD investigator? Needs to be fired immediately for poor quality of work.
She read it. Just a bit less incriminating if she says she didnt.
I had an attorney tell me that once if you are going to sign it anyway just sign it don’t read it...

“Every person who signed that document needs to be prosecuted and jailed to the max for accountability”
What is not stated (that I have seen) are the signature requirements. That is above the signature conditions like: “I hereby certify the contents herein are valid and true.”
There were several times in my military career I had to certify items as being within regulations, personally verified, subject to UCMJ, etc. You can bet my ass I verified them. Failure to verify for lack of time means I would not verify.
So if their signatures were required under the color of law, then they need to held accountable to that law.
She had no curiosity?
you had a small error...
Neon Nettle gives her top much credibility. The headline should read as follows:
Top FBI Lawyer CLAIMS She Didn’t Read Trump Spy Warrant Before Signing It
She gets to read after the warrant is granted.
Wonder if Kagan’s the justice Brennan tried to use to stop Trump’s inauguration.
