Roger Stone has long feared he would be slapped with a gag order if he got indicted — and he’s readied a plan to make sure he won’t have to stay silent.
The federal judge in Stone’s case, Amy Berman Jackson, has already hushed a coterie of others caught in special counsel Robert Mueller’s dragnet, including Paul Manafort, Rick Gates and their attorneys. They were quieted after one of the lawyers told reporters that Mueller’s case was “ridiculous.”
Jackson will have a much longer record of public commentary from Stone to work with when the longtime Donald Trump associate appears Friday afternoon for his first status hearing tied to the special counsel’s charges that he lied to Congress and obstructed the House’s investigation into Russian election meddling.
If Stone is gagged, his contingency plan is already in place. He’s got a well-known First Amendment attorney on his legal team who represented the rap group 2 Live Crew against obscenity charges in the early 1990s. And Stone has designated a pair of close friends as spokesmen in the event he and his lawyers are told to stop talking.

He’s sure going to need help with the legal bills. I wish there was a slew of law firms/attorneys in this country who saw it as their duty to take these type of cases pro bono when people are being railroaded by the government. I’ve been disgusted that Flynn hasn’t stuck up for himself and I hadn’t heard there was a gag order there but I guess it could be. It’s not right!!! I haven’t heard Flynn open his mouth about his own predicament and if there isn’t a gag order preventing him from speaking, then that doesn’t say much for what kind of guy he is. I don’t buy the story about worrying about his son or family. Let these things come out in the open for everyone to see and just maybe one of these days someone will bring down the hammer on all these agencies, prosecutors and judges! When is enough enough?
Sidney Powell’s appearance on Mark Levin and her book out now should shake people up enough to DEMAND this come to an end. I know we all feel the same about what’s going on but how come we can’t protest and be as obnoxious as every other group who has an axe to grind?

If he were to have an unfortunate hang gliding accident while locked in a jail cell, I think all hell would break loose. Heart attack? Suicide? I don’t think anyone would buy it. I think it would be seen as summary execution of a prisoner who was causing problems. And then what?

There are ways to accomplish it. Describing those ways on an online forum however... well, feel free to exercise your own imagination on the matter.
Perhaps the judge will next order that he is not permitted to offer a defense so we can dispense with this charade that there is justice in the USA after the powers that be hand pick a judge and decide to railroad you.

And doubly so—precisely, a Gag order on an indictment for PROCESS crimes... having nothing... NOTHING to do with the original Rosenstein re-written enactment directive to do a Counter-intelligence investigation! Any Gag order would immediately cause the judge issuing it to be forced to recuse— because it is unsupportable, AND it would drive a truck through any “sentencing” on the basis of “facts” that are whole cloth.
No, this is a feeble attempt to dissuade the public from learning what really happened with Wikileaks, the Podestas, and Seth Rich’s demise at the hands and in the pay of the Clintoonians. Mueller of course, and his minions are also IN THE PAY or under control of the Clintons- Mueller for Uranium 1, Weissman because he is a malignant dug in tick of a ah-hole, and the rest of the “team” are all Clinton sychophants— as “out of date” as all that is. The real purpose is to defend and protect any and all who are paid off beneficiaries of the Clinton machine— from dope, uranium, chinese intel sold US secrets and the world wide “well traveled” bag lady for foreign cash— hitlery.
So, if Stone has this all written out, and pre-planned through media release— it would be brilliant and unstoppable and accomplish at a minimum- removal of the judge (who was shopped by mueller et al naturally). This is officially now a banana—democracy (it ain’t a Republic).
Last Sat./Sun. edition of The Wall Street Journal had a front-page story about Roger Stone's indictment. Not a word about how he was arrested.

Hopefully a miracle happens and Muller wraps this up in a few weeks and this is a mute point.
