Interesting to me because it likely needs to cure with minimal expansion or at a rate that would allow for expansion only in the direction of the fill.

This company just got a big order from another company, who is making 2,000 to 3,000 rapidly deployable buildings for the Border Patrol.
It think it indicates a new program for Border Patrol to have increased presence/response capability in remote areas of the border.
This should be standard in every house owned by people who should be prepared to repel or hold off an illegal and warrantless attack by government agents who sometimes claim to enforce the law.
