As many of you know by now, my team is being sued for seeking the truth in the unsolved murder of Seth Conrad Rich. The former data director of new voter registration for the Democrats.
Something that we haven’t talked a lot about is the fact that anything found in the discovery phase (discovery goes both ways, and we have nothing to hide) has been sneakily put under a sealed order.
What that really means you might ask?
That means that whatever we find in our discovery as a defense (bank records, emails, eBay records, PayPal records, phone records, autopsy), and things we are seeking in our investigations can never be talked about publicly. Isn’t that interesting America?
Now who would have done that you might ask?
None other than the same federal Judge that called General Michael Flynn a traitor, and also said that illegals should be allowed to come back, going against the ruling of former Attorney General Jeff Sessions. That’s right America, the federal Judge who signed the order is Emmett Sullivan.
Now if my team of Investigators which includes former homicide detectives, licensed private investigators, former federal agents, SWAT commanders, LEO’s, and Investigative Journalists are wrong, then why the sealed order?

Discovery in criminal cases is very, very different from discovery in criminal cases. Much more limited, for one thing.
I think everything is covered to protect Obama and who he really is.
I believe the FBI was sent to kill Seth Rich. But, he leaked the goods before they managed to kill him. We’ll probably never know the facts.

If I’m holding anything of importance in this investigation, copies of it very well might be taken in a theft from vehicle incident.

Clearly, of the three “co-equal” branches of government, the judiciary is more equal than the other two. Unfortunately, our president doesn’t realize that the ruling of a federal district judge in Hawaii (or anywhere else) does not trump his plenary authority under Article 2 of the Constitution.

There are 2 police reports, one false and one true, both sealed at the request of Mueller.
The Mueller investigation cannot keep up with all the holes being shot in it. Devin Nunes is still on the march.

Well if he sent that bumbling old fool Rudy back to NeuYawk and got himself someone like Mark Levin or Sidney Powell to explain this to him he’d be doing our country a great service.
So far the Obama fascist left have followed the Bolshevik evolution as you say.
The new Attorney General, Barr, will decide who will be held to account at DOJ and the FBI.But he may very well sweep it all under the rug, which will leave America with a dysfunctional FBI and DOJ. We will have to see.
Certainly some of the FISA court judges need a shake down.
I would not expect too much from Barr. The new boss will probably be the same as the old boss. I hope not, but time will tell.
Hear, hear! Levin was pretty much a No-Trumper prior to the election, but has become a pretty objective pseudo-supporter of the president since.
