As many of you know by now, my team is being sued for seeking the truth in the unsolved murder of Seth Conrad Rich. The former data director of new voter registration for the Democrats.
Something that we havent talked a lot about is the fact that anything found in the discovery phase (discovery goes both ways, and we have nothing to hide) has been sneakily put under a sealed order.
What that really means you might ask?
That means that whatever we find in our discovery as a defense (bank records, emails, eBay records, PayPal records, phone records, autopsy), and things we are seeking in our investigations can never be talked about publicly. Isnt that interesting America?
Now who would have done that you might ask?
None other than the same federal Judge that called General Michael Flynn a traitor, and also said that illegals should be allowed to come back, going against the ruling of former Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Thats right America, the federal Judge who signed the order is Emmett Sullivan.
Now if my team of Investigators which includes former homicide detectives, licensed private investigators, former federal agents, SWAT commanders, LEOs, and Investigative Journalists are wrong, then why the sealed order?

Seth Rich and the Mystery of Multiple Police Reports By bpinv 4 days ago
During any given investigation, odd anomalies and inconsistencies tend to garner attention from any competent investigator. The murder of Seth Conrad Rich on July 10, 2016 is a prime example. This particular homicide has been riddled with oddities and inconsistencies from the very beginning. These anomalies bring us to the topic of this short discussion; The Mystery of the Two Police Reports.
This story has never been the topic of any lengthy discussions, yet it has always been a particularly troubling issue to me.
To the point there are two different public narrative police reports relating to the death of Seth Rich which were present on the Washington DC Police Departments system. Let me first state that from years of investigative experience, and working with or consulting with police departments from around the country, this is NOT how its done! Should an officer obtain supplemental information during any given investigation, a supplemental report, or addendum is added to the original ‒ you would never generate a completely different narrative report with its own unique report number for the exact same event. ....
When I read things like this I can’t help but think of our government, especially the judiciary, as a very well run criminal enterprise. There is no way that this can be brought down when there are so many participating. They are not Americans they are mobsters without the personality.
This is disgusting. Seth Rich info is the key to a lot.—if not everything,
If you are keeping the list, bitt, please put me on it. THX
It’s way past time to reopen the murder case that should have taken place in the death of Vince Foster as well as Seth Rich.
What is the legal justification for keeping this information secret?

What is the legal justification for keeping this information secret?

Bottom line its essentially Because we can!. Thats all the justification they think they need...and theyve gotten away with it.
But I don't know why the judge would suppress the discovery. Knowing who he is and his Leftist opinions and positions, sounds like an attempt to hide the truth.
Smells awfully fishy to many people.
.
Fox News told its entire staff they are not allowed to use Seth Richs name on the air.
And they followed the order.
,
this case is also bound up in the Awan case that has mysteriously disappeared from visibility...
great 2 min vid about seth rich..
I seem to remember that the family didn’t want to draw attention to their son’s death. Sounds like someone “got” to them or paid them off.
*********
Per Q SR was murdered by MS-13 operatives on CIA orders... killers then killed to tie up all loose ends. Why no discovery? because it would unearth deep state/Hillary/DNC crimes.
Who rules you? Well, clearly those you cannot criticize but more tellingly those whose misdeeds you aren’t even allowed to know about.
bump up
.
Murder cases have always been open game. Greta Van Susteren reported on them for years.
What was it 15 years of JonBenet possibilities?
Theres a good reason Seth Richs case is the only one that cant be covered, theres something there.
The same reason Donna Brazile told the Police to report to her and not the family, and they did!

Bump
likely makes democrats look bad
These people should be (and probably are) in the process of bumping this decision up to the Appellate Court or the SCOTUS
