So what.
Greedy trying to shame the greedy.
If someone earns it I will applaud the charity, but I,wont browbeat or guilt someone into it. No one has a moral claim to anything else someone has just because they have a lot of it.

I am not an admirer of Jeff Bezozs with the exception of his business acumen. He built an incredible company.
However, it is his money! His money to do with as he wishes!

BS. Bezos or anyone else probably doesn't report the true amounts they contribute. Overall, Bezos has helped to employ tens of thousands of Amercians.

The charity board grifters who exist on donations are displeased.
Sounds like some city counsel guy in Queens wants a donation for his local charity.

The proper comparison is not with his net worth but with his annual income. The Lord asks only for a tithe of your income, not a tithe of your net worth.

I hate Bezos with a passion. He is the reason I quit patronizing Amazon.
But I don’t blame him a bit for not donating to charities. Most are scams which benefit their founders and executives much more than they do the supposed recipients of their largesse.
And Bezos DOES support leftist causes, just as much as Soros and Steyer do. He just doesn’t directly write checks. His donations are ‘in kind’: He runs the Washington Post completely as a propaganda organ for the left, at no charge.
His propaganda is worth billions to the left, every year.
To: Beave Meister
But he loves giving other people’s money away, so he can still feel good about himself.

their previous giving amounts to a total of just over $145 million
They gave $145 million and people (you) are calling him out on that? I will assume that YOUR charitable giving has FAR surpassed this staggering amount. You are truly magnanimous.

We are not financing this greedy SOB. Our New Years resolution was to quit buying from Amazon. We are saving a lot of money by eliminating all the impulse buying we were doing on that site.
