Roughly half of U.S. Catholics have, for years, been no friend to the traditional Catholic Church, that most of us knew who are old enough to remember.
That odd roughly half are no longer faithful to the Catholic Church, faith or practices, but like to use the label “Catholic” anyway, since it now now is largely connected to being LIBERAL, at least in the Public Square of Opinion.
It’s the perfect ruse. Catholic. Universal. Church.
Pretty perfect Perch to VIRTUE SIGNAL for chortling globalist aims and Marxist tactical language to achieve them.
Whether these “Catholics” are ignoramuses, by way of liberal Public Education, or really rotten *new* catachesis, they are led away, or choose to be lead away, from all that for 2000 years has been the traditional Catholic Church of the Ages.
That odd rough half support the “New” Catholic church that’s been careening through the West, for the last 60 years.
Apologies for the rant... not classy. (But, danged accurate and only a fraction of the story.)
Rita
I don't think that's a rant, or a slide.
This is directly related to Q research as it involves an institution that has been infiltrated by posers. Whether the institution is religion, banking, arts, military, industry, real estate, government, or anything else you can name.
The common thread at the foundation of pretty much every aspect of modern life...is deception. We the Sheeple have been deceived in virtually every aspect of our modern lives from our money, to our education, to our beliefs, and the list goes on right down to our telephones.
Where We Go One, We Go All. With the exception of one major religion, pretty much all other religions can co-exist without killing each other.
Well. I'm out of steam, but I could go on. And on.
We must stay united against the cabal - they seek to divide us.
Well said, GF.
Just a note.
Traditional Lutherans tend to go out of their way to explain, “We are members of the ‘small c’ catholic church.”. Along with being specific when speaking of the the “Roman” church. [Side Note: I delineate among the ‘papal offspring’ by using “Roman Orthodox” and “Eastern Orthodox”]
While Martin Luther himself has said, “I didn’t leave Rome, Rome left me.”, he was also be adamant (as am I) that Rome holds many (capital ‘F’) Faithful Christians.
