A Washington DC Cuban restaurant has been fined $7,000 for demanding a transgender woman show ID before using the ladies' restroom.
Workers at a restaurant called Cuba Libre in the capital asked Charlotte Clymer for identification in June 2018 when she tried to use a women's bathroom, then followed her inside and told her to leave.
Writing in a Twitter thread that has gone viral, Charlotte explained how when she went to use the restroom in the establishment, she was physically stopped by an attendant who demanded her ID to prove it said 'female'.

I saw the photos. It looks exactly like what it is, a man wearing pink lipstick and a miniskirt.
I’m curious at how he/she arrived at that not so princely sum of $7K. Maybe there is a set fine for each alleged infraction. That, plus the lawyers fee.
We need to start putting judges in place who will roll some of this back. It’s too based on fantasy and surrendering one’s rights to the other side on every single issue.

Fined for not letting a man into a woman’s bathroom. Well I guess they better stop even marking them. Just put the toilet in the open so everyone can use them.

If you have a swinging appendage between your legs you go to the mens room. If you are willing to cut it off then let them go to the womens room. Very few cut it off except the Bat Sh-t crazy. They are to be pitied.
Oddly most regret their decision to cut it off. It is a one way trip.

Transgenderism besides the issue of hermaphroties is a MENTAL ILLNESS- PERIOD.
Once the hormones are cut off they immediately revert back (aside from any cut off or bolted on body parts) they’re not changing their sex - they’re play acting!
Heck every minority group from blacks to transgenders, muslims and and just plain weirdo’s across the board are suing for being “offended”!...and being offended is not racism nor discrimination.

when did washington pass a statewide law that men acting as women can use women’s bathrooms in every place of busienss? Don’t businesses have the right to refuse to allow men to use women’s bathrooms?

The DC Statehood Party was literally an arm of the Communist Party USA with its “constitution” being written by CP-DC head/chairman, now Prof. Maurice Jackson (CISPES, Georgetown Un professor now; WEB DuBois School for Marxist Studies teacher, etc). The restaurant was being punished as much for being for a “Free Cuba” as it was for trying to stop a possible sexual pervert from voyageurism on their women customers.
No wonder it is called the District of Corruption, Criminals and Commies.
this is simple, one bathroom is for people who have penises and the other bathroom is for people who have vaginas. I don’t give one damn what you call yourselves, that is the rule.
