Well, I like my two cats, but I wouldn't want to board them out. I enjoy having them curl up on my lap while I read.

Well, it doesnt have a kitchen, per the article. Doesn't that make it a bachelor apartment, instead of a studio? At least, that's what we called it back in the Stone Age. Maybe now such a place would be called Single Room Occupancy. (Although I assume it has a bathroom.)

The cat apartment is by San Francisco?
And Azuza Pacific College is by LA?
Looks like the dad didn't want to lose his lease on the cat apartment.
While Azuza would love to have that $18,000 a year for the cat apartment I guess that they will settle for the $50,000 in tuition.
Seriously, for another $18,000 I'll bet that they would furnish the cats a place to play.

Well that shot way over my head, whatever it was supposed to mean.

“The only problem is they stink up the place.
Wish the guy luck in eliminating that odor.

For that money he could’ve found a cat-sitter to take them in.

Maine Coons and Minxes have attitudes. I would have thought something like Thelma and Louise would be the names. Must be a Generational thing with the names Tina and Louise. LOL
And as long as it’s their own funds paying the $1,500 monthly, there is no problem. They work/worked for the monies and they should have the right to spend it as they wish.

I’m of the opinion that with the printing of the article, one of their concerns should be making sure squatters don’t move into the apartment overnight!

All very fascinating, buy why in the world would the cats “stink up the place?” Doesn’t anyone bother changing the cat box litter? They need two boxes, just change them out every day. Litter is cheap. If you clean boxes daily, it’s easy to just rinse them out, refill.
