Link: https://www.scribd.com/book/322367189 If this is real and not fake news, we are looking at the George Soros strategic roadmap for destroying the United States.
The document referenced here was uploaded to Scribd by RealTrueNews. See OSI Executive Report, below. (The first upload with the same cover goes to another document.)

Is Medium.com a conservative or liberal website? I had thought liberal. If so this is sho king they would post it...stuff like this could get folks at medium.com Arkanicided.
Ridiculous!

Any second varification? How reliable?
There is a 100% confidence interval this is 100% fake.
And then there is what RealTrueNews says about itself at the bottom of its about page.
"RealTrueNews / The Resistor is Satire. It's sad we have to say this--but we do. Nothing on here is remotely real."
Seems like someone stole the galleys to Orson Scott Card’s next book.
What makes it believable is that the narrative is obviously true even if the document is not.
I don't think he's writing another Empire book.
Please read all eleven pages. The narrative is obviously false.
Yep. This isn’t the first time some posters have fallen for it. It’s hard to decipher truth from reality these day.
Not at all.
“How reliable?”
If you piece down the page you’ll find this: “The document appears to be a leaked PowerPoint from the Democratic National Committee about subverting the 2016 election.”
The libs have lied about everything and often. Hope that answers your question.

The author admitted it was a hoax two years ago.
Kinda liked Empire. Weird considering except for the frontline military guys there were no good guys. Card had a good read on Deep State well before anyond knew the term.
