I have recently stumbled onto the Zublick youtube presentations. I had been intrigued with the information he was throwing out there, while not being impressed with his very strong fund raising tactics.

I was seeing so many recommendations today to check out the Greg Rubini tweet thread unwraps (I just don’t like the twitter format!) that I just looked at it a little while ago. This one popped out at me:
