Either the Mockingbird Media know that Q is real, or their handlers, the ones who send the 4am talking points, know he’s real. How? Simple, really. Q has said things that we might not know what it relates to exactly, but they do. He has mentioned events and codes and battles over control of satellites and comms, and he has also revealed the existence of the Mockingbird program, listed specific journalists who are part of it, and described their methods (burner phones, constantly changing numbers, payments to trust accounts for children, etc.)

Those are things we on the outside can’t verify. There are some things said by Q that we can verify on our own, but others that we can’t BUT THE OPPOSITION CAN. When he says something like that about them that is not known publicly and that only someone with access to intelligence apparatus of the US would have, they know he is real. And their task is not to reveal that he is real, it is to find out who it is and neutralize it. If it involves Trump, it means getting rid of Trump in any way possible, including assassination, before he gets them.

That is why they know Q is real.

I’ve read much of a doc analyzing Roman concrete. Evidently it is better than much of ours. Evidently it has to do in large part to some of the type of particles involved as well as the cement mix. But it was barely on the edge of my knowledge so I wouldn’t swear to it. The bottom line was, we now know how to reproduce it when we didn’t for a long time.

I suppose it MUST all be quite calculated--Q seems to indicate to the nth degree. That talk just seemed . . . off . . . in a list of ways. I'm just personally (maybe irrationally) skeptical that statistics had anything to do with the muffled content & demeanor.
I have listened to his speech again in its entirety and have seen clips here and there. I’m not tuning in to whatever it is that has you thinking this way. However, I think I will listen to it again this week, after giving it a rest, to see if I pick up on what you are saying.

Gave a listen to the speech again today. Viewed the FoxNews youtube video. It was a little more interesting this time.

I noticed just a couple things:
1. At the beginning somewhere around :06 to :07, he either misspoke, or swallowed a syllable. “I’m - ah - speaking...”. (When he says, “ah”).
Was there a glitch in the recording?
2. At :41, he pauses immediately after the word ‘illegal’. ...”by uncontrolled illegal migration.”
3. At 2:41, he pauses immediately after the word “end”. “I am determined to end...”
4. At the end of the video the Presidential Seal is displayed from 9:39 to 9:41 (39, 40, 41), after which the video is ended already when 9:42 is displayed.
Ok. So, is the FoxNews video the one I should be viewing?

Other than that, I thought POTUS was very focused and deliberate. His approach reached me, and I felt anew the urgency of the crisis.
Yes, I would have preferred more explanation as regards the 20k. But the timing probably is not right..
No, it wasn’t the Rally-Trump we know, but I’m thinking it was another side of POTUS.
...just some thoughts after looking at the video again. No historian here (nope), or especially knowledgeable about politics.
But thought this interesting. Might be some fodder here for discussion. And then again, maybe not. I do have some unexpressed thoughts on some of this, but I wonder if I could be stretching?
An Aside. What an experience this has been. I lost nearly all of this work once. A partial backup helped me breathe some life back into it. Whew. Digging isn’t easy.

Yes, you are correct. The case law came out of the Civil War when Abraham Lincoln tried to use military tribunals for all sorts of things, and eventually the Supreme Court struck him down saying that it was inappropriate to try civilians in military courts while the civil courts were functioning, which they were, at least in the North.

The other exception is when the people being tried are "enemy combatants", as in the case of several German spies in WW2, who were caught, tried in military tribunals and executed. This was also held to be a legitimate use of military tribunals.

These were the cases that Lindsey brought up in his questioning of Justice Kavanaugh that resulted in the fun sound bite.

The two other main uses of military tribunals are to try American military people for crimes (IE: court martial) and to try foreign military for crimes.

The Nuremberg Tribunals were run as military tribunals, not as civilian courts. All of the judges were military officers, not civilian judges. They were not American, they were international, but they are the probably still the most famous military trials in history.

The Trump administration is going to begin the trial of Kahlid Sheik Mohammed (KSM) the so-called "Mastermind of 9/11" in a Military Tribunal next month.

Add that to the "Winning" list of Trump accomplishments. Obama did nothing to get these tribunals going in his eight years in office.

Sadly, it appears that military tribunals in our system are just as slow or slower than civilian courts. The Ft. Hood shooter, Nidal Hasan, is still alive. Nov 5, 2009 was the date of the crime.

Trial and conviction Aug, 2013. He was given the death sentence at his trial.

So ten years after the crime and he's still relaxing in jail.
