A Missouri man sold his firearms made out of scrap metal and garbage to a gun buy-back program and then used the money to buy a real gun.
We call that man a patriot.
YouTuber Royal Nonesuch made a quick $300 by taking 3 firearms that hed built out of scrap and selling them back to the state of Missouri. He described two of the pipe guns as the crappiest guns Ive ever made but was still able to successfully sell them off to the program.
Watching the video that Nonesuch posted, it was immediately clear that the coordinators of the events did not plan or organize as well as they should have. You can see him walk up to a man in a car to get the cash, who relayed information by yelling to another event coordinator.
I had 3 theyre in that guys car, Nonesuch told the man, who handed over the $300 without confirming or inspecting the guns for himself. Here you go go away, the man says during the transaction.
(Editor note: the video was recently removed from YouTube for violating their terms about firearms.)
Nonesuch was literally able to sell pieces of scrap metal and garbage back to the no questions asked program with an intention to purchase a rifle or pistol from a pawn shop after the sale. He stated to his followers that he would post again when he settled on a new gun to purchase.
The guns that he sold included a .22 zip-gun style rifle as well as a 12-gauge grappling hook gun. They were functional but by no means a practical weapon or method of defense.

Outstanding!
Hysterical!
“The guns that he sold included a .22 zip-gun style rifle as well as a 12-gauge grappling hook gun.”
Now he can go get a new 500 mosseburg 12 ga. Might get a few shells thrown in too. Mightee fine.
That’s the way you do it...
Screw them at their own game.
Love love love it.
You’re right.
About 20 years ago there was a buy back program in Denver which the local news stations covered. A man came out of the auditorium and a reporter asked him what he had turned in and what was he going to do with the money. He said “I turned in four crappy old guns and now I’m going to take the money and buy a decent pistol”. It was live so they couldn’t cut it out. Lol.
Cool!
No one ever collects these statistics, but you have to wonder out of all the weapons held in the US, in private ownership....what amount are rusted or crapped-out. I bet it’s near 10-percent.
No, I meant a real grease gun.
I have an old caulk gun with a broken spring. How much could I get for that?
I think my wife has a glue gun AND a staple gun, somewhere in her hobby closet.
Now if only I can find them, I’ll be able to purchase that new Glock I’ve had my eye on...
Delightfully resourceful.
Then said He unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.
Two weeks ago, I sold two firearms to the =City of Baltimore in a similar deal.
One was a cheap .380 I bought new for $110. It was irreparably broken. The other was a 16 gauge Champion (JC Penney) brand shotgun I got at a garage sale for $35.
The City paid me $300 for them. Most of the people selling their guns were older folks with either late husband guns or rusty junk. Several, like me planned to use the windfall to buy more guns.
In my case, I invested in lead futures.
Amazing...like that..
Battlefield tactics.
Brilliant. Gaming the system.
Sounds like an enterprising Capitalist to me!
.
Nobody ever said that anti-gunners had anything but poop between their ears!
.
Smart guy
