Today's Cryptogram: No hints.

FGOUSFM SF NSRT SL EGYT TDUSNXYXOSFM XL OG PT LUGO XO VSOUGWO YTLWNO. VSFLOGF QUWYQUSNN

Our last puzzle:

YOU'LL NEVER ACHIEVE REAL SUCCESS UNLESS YOU LIKE WHAT YOU'RE DOING. DALE CARNEGIE

TOPICS: Chit/Chat; Hobbies; Miscellaneous; Music/Entertainment
KEYWORDS: brain; cryptogram; puzzle; todayscryptogram
You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications, unfortunately they are copyrighted so we can't use them here. So, we're just going to make up our own.

The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example:

AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram)

Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.

If you can solve this under 8 minutes you're good. Under 5 minutes is very good. Under 3 excellent. Under 2 minutes, exceptional.

Today’s puzzle comes from dollyCali.

No hint today but there are some nice examples of what to look for in a cryptogram puzzzle “before” you get started.

1. Check for suffixes that are similar esp 3 and 4 letter ones.
2. Look for words ending with the 2 same letters. Frequently these are “s” or as in this case something else.
3. A bunch of prepositions that may give you a clue to finding letters “t” and “a”

If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it here:

http://www.hjkeen.net/htoys/cryptogm.htm

It’s easier to work on it without having to use your pencil.

I guess if we really want to know, we can move to Chicago and hope their aim is poor.

7 min. If’d I’d stopped to think, I’d have remembered the quote and finished much sooner.

Working the older puzzles on a Saturday night.

This was a little easier. Process of elimination with lots of two-letter words.
