Ravaged by a spreading and incurable cancer, songbird Olivia Newton-John is clinging to life in the hopes she can see her only child, Chloe Lattanzi, marry in the new year!

Prayers for her and her family. Cancer is a monster.
In the past couple of years I started listening to some of her 70s songs on Youtube. Enjoyable, also great background singers.

She has a canerous tumor on the base of her spine. Also, her sister died of brain cancer, so it sounds like it may run in her family.

What does that mean? After twenty years of remission her breast cancer returned and matastitised. Can’t see why she should be blamed for that. Pretty much the luck of the draw.

Unfortunately, Olivia Newton John could never make it in today’s musical pop world. She can actually sing, and she is gentle, feminine, and beautiful.
This holiday season, we were all exposed to the latest stars and starlets in music. I either muted the sound and waited for someone else or turned it off.
The female singers screech, and yell, and grimace, and gyrate, and look like they would prefer to be in a dark corner of the parking lot mugging people with chains.
The male singers are all beta, no talent, and pathetic.
Looks like the suits that provide the contracts have a certain type they want to promote.

It was on Hee Haw. Dressed like a country girl with tied up plaid shirt and blue jean shorts..can't remember what she sang.

I was eating at a fast food place recently and a song came on with some female(?) who sounded like a cat stuck in a printer. That’s what we get now. I wish they had just left the “music” off.
It is the New Year. Perhaps he decided to start the New Year off by being an obnoxious, hateful drunk!
