The Germans achieved with their economy what they failed to do by force of arms. They control Europe through their EU. Time for the US to withdraw from NATO and leave the Europeans to their own destiny.

It’s a questionable episode because you’d have to speak, read, and write German. It’ll surprise if they get a hundred volunteers per year from the EU countries (most might be Austrians). Course, you could suggest that this Austrian recruitment method did work fine in 1914-1918, with that little moustached guy.

There is absolutely no reason why Germany can’t do 2%.

Upon high school graduation, German’s are supposed to give a couple years of service to the military or civil service. Guess they aren’t getting many takers for the military. Simple solution, drop the civil service option and force them all into the military.
