package mailing/cost advise sought

I have a care package to send to my son. As bad as my situation is, his is apparently worse. no detail fro now but I have a box to send to my son. Haven't shipped for ages.

Is UPS or USPS the cheapest way to go? I may not be able to send it at all depending on cost but would like to get him these warm clothes (no heat for him either) and varioujs OTC meds. He has been on a broken ankle for half a year as he had no medical insurance. Lots more but it hurts so badly when you are such a mess you can't help your child who has fallen on bad times also.

It’s supposed to be icky on and off all week. Had hoped to make a big grocery/Walmart run Friday (to beat the returning illegals and their germs) but the kitties’ dry food is getting low.

Blah, trying to read the new insurance on prescriptions. The English version makes as much sense as the Tagalog version. 16 languages. That might be why the premiums are so high.
