The narrative propagated by CBS, actor Michael Weatherly, and writer-producer Glenn Gordon Caron is deceptive and in no way fits with how they treated me on the set of the television show Bull and retaliated against me for simply asking to do my job without relentless sexual harassment. This is not a he-said/she-said case. Weatherlys behavior was captured on CBSs own videotape recordings.
I feel compelled to chronicle what actually happened after The New York Times published a story about how CBS handled my allegations. I declined to be interviewed for that piece because I wanted to honor the terms of my settlement with the network. I was under the impression that Weatherly and Caron would also not respond per our settlement. Instead, both commented to the Times in what amounted to more deflection, denial, and spin.

Ten million dollars will help ease the pain.
Wow. This is very different from the official CBS account, but they did pay her nearly $10 million. You don’t do that when you have the upper hand.
And received an almost ten million dollar settlement. So what is she bitching about? Want to keep working? Give the money back.
she’s a leftard but she sort of got some brain cells working when she had a rightwing boyfriend who loved to hunt and she came along for the experience..
If duct tape or Rohypnol is not involved, it isn’t compensable.
Worthless without pics...
rhymes with witch... ..
The Liberal do-gooders who run the Entertainment business are just pigs. And they totally abuse people in the industry, like Eliza.
And, as a result, she hates Trump and all Republicans.

NDA non-disclosure agreements no longer mean anything.
NOW is okay with sexually propositioning women at work and even unasked touching so long as there is no further groping after the first “NO”.
I’d hit that and she’d be happy...
You signed it.
There are jerks out there. There are also women who take offense at everything. I think this is mostly just a jerk.
Apparently Bull thinks he’s still Tony Dinozzo
She ain’t bitching. Weatherly et al ok’d the confidentiality agreement minimizing his behaviour and the wrongful termination. She was merely setting the record straight
Moo vees is a pig pure and simple. He encourages it.
Weatherly and CBS broke the agreement by discussing it and her. She is free to respond
