Far-right activist Gavin McInnes has been kicked off YouTube, the latest social media platform to cut ties with him or his group, the Proud Boys.
The Daily Beast reported Monday that YouTube has banned McGinnes, who had more than 220,000 subscribers before the ban.
A statement on McInnes's YouTube page says that the channel has been terminated after “multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement.”
"When a copyright holder notifies us of a video that infringes on their copyright, we act quickly to remove content as is required of us by law," a YouTube spokesperson told The Hill. "We terminate the accounts of repeat offenders."

This is why the GOP will never come down too hard on Big Tech. In addition to the piles of payola cash of course. The GOPe is expecting Silicon Valley to censor and clamp down on conservative dissent. That will make organizing a 3rd party organization much more difficult.
I still don’t know exactly what “The proud boys” are. I see video of them being pretty rough.
But I see and hear only what the media wants me to see and hear so I take that with a grain of salt. It’s not as easy as the Tea Party to figure things out.
I met them at the snipes rally. They seemed like good patriots to me.

But that video is STILL on youtube, posted by him. So something doesn’t compute. BTW, the name of the video “I’m becoming anti-semitic” does not exactly endear him to me.
