Just saw that Liotta-Chantix commercial again. Is it me or does Liotta's face have that Botax/plastic look to it?
IMO, the guy is kinda creepy. Wasn't it him who played that creepy cop chasing after Kurt Russel's wife? Don't remember the name of the movie but he played the perfect part.

The Dennis Quaid ads are worse. They film him through a soft filter. He is so puffed up, you’d think he was on Prednisone for years. The EGOs on these clowns is Pathetic.

Re: “Little known fact, hes Cuban.”
Someone better tell Wikipedia.
Wiki says Liotta was born in Newark, he was adopted at age 6 months, and his birth parents are Italian and Scottish.

I was thinking of someone else. Steven Bauer who was in Scarface is Cuban

Every episode of Sopranos strove to achieve the tension of Goodfellas. Life in a pressure cooker, how attractive!

He played a psycho ex-husband really well in ‘Something Wild’, with Melanie Griffith and Jeff Daniels.

A show that I like but can’t explain why.

I absolutely love Stacy Keach’s Mike Hammer. Have all the shows on bootleg DVDs and binge watch them all the time.
Refreshingly NOT PC, and full of busty bimbos.
Hammer is an Old Testament character with a heart of gold.

I’d like to use your post as the reason why.
Better than anything I’d come up with.
Speaking of Stacy Keach, here is a short Rifftracks gem of sorts:

I just assumed his face lookes weird because of plastic surgery. So many people have reined themselves this way — Goldie Hawn, Meg Ryan, etc. Very sad.

It’s not just his looks, it’s not just the sound of his voice, it’s the way he’s reading the script; as if he’s completely non-emotional, with alzheimer’s or something.
To: abb
Never heard of that.
But I don’t watch CNBC either.
