Packers have fired Mike McCarthy and named Joe Philbin interim HC.
I watched a green bay playoff game I think it was,against San Fran several years ago. I couldn’t believe how sluggish Rodgers was the first 2 quarters of the game. They lost, but would have won had Rodgers came out ready to play. He can do remarkable things, but he is no Tom Brady.
I lost respect for Rodgers and the nfl when they embraced the kneeling disrespect of the USA...
I lost respect for Rodgers when he had a public cat fight with his male “personal assistant” who was also his “room mate.” Shortly after that he began publicly dating female Hollywood starlets. I’m sure there’s no coincidence there.

If you want to secretly watch a game, I cannot point my finger at you, but if you come on THIS forum and talk about Rodgers being “great,” then you DO NOT LOVE YOUR COUNTRY ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!! Period.
There are many problems. Whatever McCarthy's shortcomings he did win one championship and had them in the playoffs many times. They gave that huge contract to Rodgers and just like so many other teams who have to break the bank for the QB, there is nothing left to pay the other position players. See the Ravens... the Lions... Brady has restructured his contract numerous times. On the bright side Rodgers does have a couple good years left so there is hope for The Pack. A receiver, an RB, shore up the D and bingo.

I meant that his (Rodgers) defending the kneelers was the end of all my regard for him (Rodgers).
But he didn’t try to get traded.

Completely got it. Was talking about another guy on this thread who loves Rodgers more than he does his country.

He’s a piece of crap.
One of the few weaknesses that Rodgers has is that he does not read the defense as well as someone like Brady hence he is always scrambling around, for good sometimes, and for ill other times.
The constant scrambling also leads to him getting injured often. He needs to stay in the pocket more.

Only one coach in this NFL has a higher winning per cent. And he is in New England.

McCarthy lost control of his team. There is the problem. The next coach is in for a rough ride and I dont see GB doing anything until they rid themselves of Rodgers and a few others.
