What does the dragon mean?
Since it mentions "Transylvania" I'll say it means "dragon".

Dylan has given Hendrix credit for creating the definitive version of the song. Dylan pretty much uses Hendrix’s arrangement in his live performances, although the vocals aren’t close to the quality of what Hendrix did.

The music and video were unique and fun to watch. I have a station with 300 subs. The effort in this video was a pretty time consuming endeavor no doubt.
