An American tourist was killed by arrows shot by protected tribesmen living in one of the world's most isolated regions tucked in India's Andaman islands, police said Wednesday.
John Chau, 27, had taken a boat ride with local fishermen before venturing alone in a canoe to the remote North Sentinel Island where the indigenous people live cut off completely from the outside world.

Bones75 is correct. Those arrested are the Indian fisherman who brought him to the island. Indian police have been clear that the Andaman islanders cannot be prosecuted.
The evidence is that it is God’s will that the islanders be left alone

He is an idealistic idiot with a puffed up belief that got him killed. He was not welcom and persisted. The Armor if Christ was inadequate to prvent his death.
Never forget that there are people who despise YOUR way of life, and think that YOU should be living according to THEIR views on how you should live.
Do you not have something in your life which is worth the whole of your being? He did. I honor him for that.
God wants people to know of Him. This young man wanted to share that message. The Sentinelise didn’t just reject the young man; they rejected the Message as well.
There is a lot of hatred and condemnation of this young man. I find it odd. He didn’t hurt anyone but himself. Yet, people are violently angry.
Let them live, die and evolve as they naturally would.
