Low carb and thanksgiving dont belong in the same sentence.
You can do a nice mushroom and sausage stuffing without any bread (or butter, which I must admit goes in it nicely).
Also you can saute green veggies in olive oil with some fresh garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Kale, broccoli rabe, asparagus, or spinach are all good here.

Sorry if you’re deathly allergic to anything, but I believe in eating less of things, rather than eliminating them completely. I’ll cut way back on carbs before and after thanksgiving so I can indulge in mashed potatoes and stuffing. Why are you not eating dairy? If it is the lactose, than you can eat cured cheeses, soured products, and/or take lactase. If it is an allergy, then you can probably eat goat or some other mammal milk products.
Don’t make people who eat normally feel bad, especially on Thanksgiving!
I don’t understand the no dairy thing.
My husband and I have been on the Keto diet since May. I made my weight goal last month and can ease up some, altho it is a lifestyle change. I don’t want to go back. My husband has lost 70 pounds and wants to lose a bit more.

We’ll splurge a bit Thanksgiving. Stuffing is on my cheat list for that day.
