Once again Judicial Watch is doing the heavy lifting.
Judicial Watch appeared in a DC federal court Wednesday on a motion to compel more testimony from Hillary Clinton as well as to make public video recordings of depositions of top Clinton aides such as Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills.
The court ruled that Hillary Clinton must answer more questions about the setting up of her private server.
Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said that the court denied their request to unseal the video depositions of Clintons aides.
TOM FITTON: Breaking: Court rules late today Hillary Clinton must answer more email questions including key qs about the setting up of her email system. Court denied our request to unseal vid depositions of Clinton aides. Great work by Michael Bekesha!
In her responses sent to Judicial Watch and the court on October 13, 2016, Clinton refused to answer three questions and responded that she does not recall 20 times concerning her non-government clintonemail.com email system. She preceded her responses by eight general objections and two objections to definitions. The words object or objection appear 84 times throughout the 23-page document submitted to the court and Judicial Watch.

"I don't recall"
Moveon.com
"I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall. I don't recall."
How'd I do?
She will just say she can’t remember.
Here's what will happen. First they'll ignore the court. Maybe file a challenge to the ruling. Basically stonewalling.
Then, if and when they eventually do get around to answering, you don't really expect them to say/write anything incriminating? {snort} They may be a-holes but neither they nor their lawyers are stupid.
The response, if any, will be some combination or variation of bland nothingness, or "I don't recall" or "gee we had that information, but it was lost in the fire at our home in Jan of '18."
Remember that one? I said at the time that was a convenient excuse to never produce any evidence ever again. Well, here's a perfect opportunity. Anything they are ever asked for will have been stored in that one room and irretrievably lost. Guaranteed.
!
Too bad that the new Acting AG won’t repurpose Weasel Mueller to go after the real Rooskie FISA interference.
Ho-hum, you think the Clintons are going to pay attention to what some lowly judge says? Not gonna happen . . .
If this was being done the right way, and it isn’t, she signed documentation prior to getting a cac card so she could access the email system they are talking about. It is part of the WW web and is used by branches of the military and other government organizations.
To sign the documentation, and have it entered, she would have had to go through a class in the hands of an IT instructor designated to teach and authorize the completion of the class and the opportunity to get signed up by a comm unit, with fingerprint, to gain access. The class also instructs, besides the physical operaion of the system, OPSEC and COMSEC requirements that also define the charges and possible sentences of violation.
Anyone that had access, did this. And the password changes frequently and has to be accomplished by the user and verified by the system to complete it. She could not have gained access without a criminal act to do so or a criminal act to continue its use without security checks which they would not have done as it is not a secure server.

Ha! Never happen. If by some miracle it did, Mueller - or more specifically his wife - had better make sure his life insurance is paid up. People that even look cross-eyed at the Clintons tend to turn up dead in odd circumstances via even odder chains of events...
Wipe it? Like with a cloth?
"I don't recall. Umm... I don't recall. I don't recall....."
Her: You mean like with a cloth?
Next question...........
Her: I'm sorry I don't recall.
Next question:...........
Her: I was baking cookies for my daughter.
Zzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzz
I suspect that her response will be a private courier to the judge’s home with a pouch containing $100,000 and a message saying “you can choose silver, or you can choose lead!”.
