Prince William has revealed that his father, Prince Charles, is absolutely obsessed with a certain type of squirrel.
“He is completely infatuated by the red squirrels that live around the [Birkhall] estate in Scotland,” Prince William told Country Life in a special edition of the British weekly guest-edited by Prince Charles himself.
He added that the Prince of Whales likes them, “to the extent that he’s given them names and is allowing them into the house.”Prince Charles, who celebrated his 70th birthday Wednesday, noted that the rodents are “incredibly special creatures.”

I used to feed squirrels walnuts, when I was in college. They got to know me so well, that they came when I called them, even have pictures of them sitting in my lap and on my shoulders, happily eating walnuts.

One of the chiefs at RTC Orando used to put peanuts in his belt loops and the squirrels would climb his pants leg to get them.
My folks feed the birds the squirrels and their cats a mile north of LAX I thinks its a most sane and enjoyable endeavor

Charles and Harry have compromised their standing with their Leftist politics. I sure hope the Queen lives a long time, or Charles passes before her. I never thought that William was very bright, but he is at least bright enough not to comment AT ALL on politics. I hope William and Catherine have more kids......Harry moves down the succession ladder each time they have another child.

I believe the headline is inaccurate. Charles keeps his nuts in Camilla’s pockets.
Letting the squirrels into his house, naming them and talking to his plants, seems to me the powers that be should give more consideration to the possibility they may have to look for another “heir apparent.”
