That is how it seems in this hour! However, I am thinking that Nunez is NOT being as ignored as Chang was concerned about.
My thoughts since I posted are that perhaps Chang is sounding this alarm in order to get people aware of it and to let it start sifting into the national consciousness. Perhaps it is even a signal to China that we are on to them.
I don’t know how much time we have until that Chinese noose could be executed. I suspect that at this point they will not be able to get it done. I think what we are witnessing is the remains of the previous plan to be performed under Hillary. With the advent of the People’s voice, loyal military, Q, and Q+, that noose is NOT going to be put into place!

First, let me say I'm not sure what "placeholder" means, but at the very least, Q is listing all the categories of what we have come to call DECLAS.
And on that subject, I think we make a mistake when we think of DECLAS as just the redacted FISA application, as if that will solve all our problems and bust everybody. Both Q and Trump have used language that suggests they ill DECLAS FISA and "other things" on more than one occasion. If I was a better researcher and not so lazy, I'd post them all.
