Yulee, after consulting with the brains of the outfit, generally, I have come to the conclusion that the answer to Q's question is that DHS has "vested authority" in illegal aliens, and that is probably why voter fraud was turned over to them in the first place.

Meaning it’s like a place to insert something [INSERT TEXT HERE] or a folder in which to place things (like “Q” just did with the thread “placeholders”
When I used in reference to 11/11 I meant that the whole “Parade” thing always sounded funny ... and when we learned that POTUS would be overseas this day, all the more so - like it was never going to happen in the first place. So I considered that the “parade” was a metaphor for, hopefully, perp walks or something in the realm of what we’re looking for and that the date, 11/11, was a “placeholder” for events that we’d want to be on the lookout for and expecting but not yet disclosed.
RE DECAS -> DEC[L]AS - we monitored here, it first went up with DECAS ... then it was modified to DEC[L]AS
So far I best like [L] being 12 = 11/12 DECLAS ... but I like DECAS acronym, too, and [L]ynch adds another nice touch as well ;)
Q posted about Comey's google mail as if he had it. So close to this moment of SHTF potentiality. Wouldn't it be sweet if they had a Comey mail about a plot to assassinate the President?
