Just got off the phone with my twin brother. He’s still pumped up about the TRUMP RALLY. Highlights of the conversation...

He said waiting outside was brutal - heavy rain for 3 hours and the peoples’ umbrellas were so close together they didn’t work. His gym shoes were soaked. The grandson stayed in the truck during most of the rainstorm as it was close by. Once inside, they opted for a seated area near the front. He said RUSH was great, then listed all the other heavy-weights - Hannity, Sarah Carter, Judge Jeanine Pirro. He got close ups of President Trump and the A-list of speakers. It was quite the moment!

I’m so glad my brother took his grandson. He was excited to be there! He got stocked up with a MAGA hat, sweatshirt, and sock hat, and the vender even gave him free ones for his parents and sister. This morning they got a local newspaper to remember the event.

I'm glad to found out that heat helps you. I wore pocket hand warmers and warmers for my feet during a college baseball game on a very cold Indiana fall day. I could barely walk for two days. My bones are my problems and heat isn't my friend...so glad you're getting relief!

When we were on vacation a while back my sister-in-law got a call from her son saying he was trying to catch a lizard in their house. He asked her how could he catch this lizard.

Just got back from voting!
I went in between the times that 1rst shift workers are getting out, and before the kids got out of school.

My town has only 5000 people, and voting was really steady while I was there.
The ladies running the tables tell me it’s been VERY busy up until the time I went, but it ain’t over yet!

I used to think that ice worked better for me. Apparently not with this particular injury though. I’m glad therapist suggested heat and tried to get me to change my routine, I’m pretty stubborn.
