Without looking at the post, I seem to recall it had something to say about the President's security. Like he would be secure on Air Force 1. And, if Putin is truly our ally, I can't think of a better other country for Trump's physical safety to be assured.

What does Q mean by: “USE A STEALTH BOMBER”?

I opined on that above. But allow me to repeat myself.

To get around the corrupt FBI/DOJ, something or somebody is in stealth mode.

Or maybe more than one somebody.

I can't really say for sure, but Sessions is known as "Stealth Jeff" and the AG office does have the power to "go around" the imbedded derps in the FBI and DOJ.

That would be my best guess. Especially when the derps think Sessions is a Keebler elf making cookies. That's pretty good stealth mode, yea?
