KINGSPORT — A bizarre incident at a city fast food restaurant has netted the arrest of a 26-year-old woman — nude from the waist down — as she reportedly fell through the ceiling and into the kitchen.
A report at the Kingsport Police Department states Harley C. Morton, 26, of Granby Road is charged with criminal trespassing, vandalism and disorderly conduct. However, records contain no possible explanation for why she was in the ceiling of Cook Out on East Stone Drive.

Fell into the kitchen? Doesn’t know how she got there? Well the police should grill her into a confession, if she even remembers.
Maybe she got out of somebody’s car and ran into the restaurant during the late night hours and stowed away inside the restaurant while they finish cleanups and locked it up what she would get into the roof I do not know... But Maybe she was trying to hide out for a day or two until she got her head together enough to get out of there without being seen. It’s pretty bizarre, hope she didn’t hurt herself in the fall, and who knows maybe if she’s arrested and dries out it could be the best thing for at this stage in her unconstrained and muddled life.
A Kingsport police report says a Cook Out employee called 911 when the naked bottom half of a woman dropped through the ceiling tiles.
It says a responding officer found her wallet with her ID on the restaurant’s roof. Police say she may have got into the ceiling through an air conditioning unit.
