My wife, Philly born and raised former pro cellist, took her red neck lite husband to an Indian restaurant one evening to expand my waistline, I guess.

Very fine dining, white linen, crisp napkins, but the food was served buffet style.

I scooped out some goat hair side up and other spicy goodies, and at my first bite declared “Man this beef is guuuud!”

Out of the corner of my eye I spied the waiter giggle to himself and thought well he thinks I’m a stupid American, though really I had just made a Dr. Fraudian slip.
