Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

Another way is to seal the border and prevent any Mexican trucks from going north.

That happens, and Mexico will fix this problem before sundown.

Oh my, I am amazed that this is coming out.

I have always felt that Australia holds themselves above the rest of us.

Our son couldn’t wait to move there as it was so much better than the US or so he thought.

Being a liberal he was all in for Universal Healthcare, no guns, high taxes, stringent immigration policies (which didn’t make sense to me with all their other liberal policies).

Don’t know if he would ever admit that it wasn’t the perfect paradise.

Course, it is the Church that is getting taken to task in the article.

News at 11:00’pm showed the members of caravan huddled under doorways of businesses in the pouring rain. Talking head mentioned that most didn’t even have a change of clothes or extra meal with them. No more shelters from the storm as all were full. And Willa hasn’t even hit shore yet — expect to be cat 5

i can’t wait for the rally!

busy day - physical therapy then a new housekeeper comes over. i’m so happy to get some help with the house! oh and with my elbows for sure. that swimmers tape he put on on friday was pretty miraculous. my elbow still hurts when i touch it but not when i move it. and the stretches he gave me seem to help. i was almost pain free this weekend although i was afraid to move too much, so i just enjoyed the lack of pain since i don’t know where my limits are

We have tickets for tonight’s rally. Not sure if we’ll be able to make it, though :(

Hubby has meetings, this morning....not sure how long they will go until.

It’s over an hour drive, into town. We’ll see how it goes. He promised that we’ll have our own ‘tailgate’, and grill/chill while watching rally, if we can’t get there in time.

Rain is forecasted for about the same time as the rally is to begin.

Prayers for safety for POTUS and ALL who are attending tonight’s rally.
